An essential part of everyTom Quilty Gold Cup event is the vibrant team of volunteers who make it all happen.

Volunteering is a great way to catch up with friends, meet new friends, and learn about the sport of endurance.

There will be a dedicated volunteers catering lounge right near the vetting area, where you can sit down for a meal, pick up a quick take-away snack, or relax and take a break between shifts.

Jobs are varied and most do not require horse experience. To see the current roster with job descriptions and shift times, please join the volunteer mailing list by sending an email to Bec Hogan bechogan@newmoonstud.com.au

You will be emailed the roster to view at your leisure – no pressure will be applied to volunteer for a job.
